Your host since 2001!The hotel Merkur opened its doors in March 2001. His first priority as manager is keeping a family relationship with his guests and keeping his hotel always up to date to offer his guests all amenities.

 
Jasmin Böckel is in employment as deputy head chef at the hotel Merkur since September 2015.
 
David Fehrentz is in employment as head chef at the hotel Merkur since March 2004.
 
Henning Dezius´ employment started 2014 as a trainee for the hospitality business. After successfully completing
his traineeship, he is meanwhile responsible for the “Check In” bar.
 
Stefan Pelz is in employment at the hotel Merkur since July 2006.
Head of the reservation department and responsible for the housekeeping employees.
 
Sonja Dommes is in employment at the hotel Merkur since October 2008.
